There are many feedback tools that can be leveraged during product development.

The goal is to ensure that a proposed solution solves the actual problem.

They include:

• Usability testing.
• A/B testing.
• Asking for customer feedback.

They’re all optional.

Deploying any of these tools should be easy enough for product management that they get used as often as possible.
