When all your components are tagged, you may need to anonymize the customers’ personal information.
So how do you go about anonymizing in Component Analytics?
First of all, if the user isn’t logged in, usually there isn’t any PII on your site. At that point you don’t know which user it is.
Yet, just because you have PII on your page, doesn’t mean that it will end up in the analytics suite.
You’ll have to look for Interaction Components that contain PII* in their content.
Tomorrow, I will go through examples of how that would look.
